Villa Nuka 2 is our fully sheltered villa with a private pool located in Kalkan Kördere area. You can have a pleasant time with your family on the large pool terrace of our villa, accompanied by a magnificent sea view. In addition to large families and groups of friends, couples who want to have a unique honeymoon can have a very enjoyable and comfortable holiday in our villa. Additionally, a fun holiday awaits you thanks to the table tennis and swing in our villa. Pleasant moments and an unforgettable holiday will be waiting for you with your family, who will be able to relieve the tiredness of the whole year thanks to its private pool.

Our villa is located in Kalkan Kördere location, close to the center. It is approximately 10-15 minutes away from the world-famous Kaputaş Beach. It stands out with its location close to nightlife and city life.

Our villa has 3 floors and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The first bedroom is located on the first floor, with a double bed, bathroom, air conditioning; The second, third and fourth bedrooms are on the second floor; The second bedroom has a double bed, jacuzzi, bathroom, air conditioning; The third bedroom has two single beds, bathroom and air conditioning; The fourth bedroom has a double bed, bathroom and air conditioning; The fifth bedroom is on the third floor and has a double bed, bathroom, indoor pool, air conditioning and television. The living room includes a seating area, kitchen, air conditioning and television. Also included in our system are Villa Nuka Loft and Villa Nuka

, which belong to the same landlord . If there is availability, you can rent them at the same time. IMPORTANT NOTE: Accommodation under 4 nights is not accepted in our villa. Heated indoor pool dimensions: 2.5mx 4m, depth 90 cm. Note 1: If pool heating is requested, an extra heating fee of 1000,- TL per day (may vary depending on the season) is charged. Pool Heating fee is calculated for the day of stay. Guests who want pool heating must contact the contact person 3 days before entering the villa. Note 2: The remaining payments are made in cash on the day of arrival. Note 3: The last 200 m of the road to our villa. It is a steep slope. Note 4: The shaded area on the pool terrace of our villa will be built as soon as possible. Photos will be updated. Note 5: There is a projection system on the pool terrace of our villa. Note 6: The closest beach to our villa is Kalkan public beach. Note 7: There are 20 - 25 steps at the entrance to our villa.



















General note: All of our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and sprayed for insects and pests. In our houses located in nature, there are fewer insects etc. than the villas located in the center. There is a higher chance of it coming out. This note is not about this house,
but is written in the information of all houses located in nature.

There may be new villa constructions in the regions outside the summer months. For this reason, there is likely to be noise around. This note is not specific to this house, it is found in all houses that are active in winter.
