Villa Nuka is one of our luxury rental villa options with sea view located in the Kalkan Kördere region. Villa Nuka, which has a magnificent sea view, has a capacity of 8 people and has been designed very stylishly and modernly considering all the needs of our guests. Villa Nuka also has an indoor heated pool in order to serve you in all 4 seasons. In addition, there is a projection system on the pool terrace of our villa and you can have pleasant movie times with your loved ones accompanied by the sea view. All that is left for you in our villa, where everything has been thought of for you, is to enjoy your holiday.
Note: The last 200 meters of the road to our villa is a steep slope.
Note: There is no heating in the outdoor pool of our villa. There is heating in the indoor pool.
Note: The projection system on the pool terrace of our villa is not active in the winter months. In the summer months, it only broadcasts television.
Living Room
Our living room has a seating area, television, satellite receiver, internet, air conditioning, coffee table and access to the pool terrace.
Kitchen
There is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, oven, 4-burner stove, dining table, dinner set and kitchen utensils.
Bedrooms
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, television, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathtub, bathroom and toilet, balcony.
2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, armchair, bathroom and toilet, balcony.
3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet, balcony.
4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet, balcony.
Pool and Pool Terrace
Outdoor pool dimensions: Length: 12 m Width: 4.1 m Depth: 145 cm There is a private pool.
Indoor Pool Dimensions. Length: 4 m Width: 3 m Depth: 120 cm. (There is a heating system in the indoor pool of our villa. It can be opened for 800 TL per day upon request.)
There are sun loungers, umbrellas, table tennis, projection system, swing, garden seating group, dining table, barbecue and shower on the pool terrace.
Damage Deposit
A cash damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon entering the villa. If there is no damage, loss, breakage etc. in the villa, this amount is returned on the day of departure.
Note: Guests renting our villa are deemed to have accepted the rental terms and conditions on the www.villaciniz.com.tr website.
Regarding Check-in and Check-out Times.
The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary checks are also made and the deficiencies are completed, it is strongly requested from our villa guests that these hours must be adhered to.
Location
Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are steep roads and stabilized (dirt) roads while reaching the villas. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located in villages, it is possible for you to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).
