Simena is located in a cedar forest, our natural healer - de-stress and unwind.

 

2 bedroomed A-Frame villa with a private pool in a natural forest setting.

 

Bungalow Simena is located in the cedar and pine forest named ''Benim Koy'' (My Village) near the village of Palamut, Kalkan.

This A-Frame property is made entirely of natural wood and is one of only 16 villas at the Benim Koy complex. The villa is well-equipped with a kitchen that is open plan to the lounge area. Free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine and TV are there to compliment your stay. There are two bedrooms - 1 x twin room on the ground floor and 1 x double room on the first floor, the bathroom with a Combination Shower - Rainforest and Standard shower heads, is also on the ground floor, this is where the washing machine can be located.


Simena has its own private terrace/veranda, seating area and own private pool with screens for privacy.  

In the centre of the village is a 30-metre kidney shaped communal pool which has a sun terrace along with sun beds and a lovely covered eating area, which is there for your enjoyment. There is a restaurant - Baran’s Kitchen, on site and also a non-alcoholic bar serving hand-made drinks and a variety of ice creams.  

For the little ones, there is a children’s play area and a little wooden house where they can have play.

Free private parking is available. There are air-con units in all the villas and free Wi-Fi whilst on the complex.

Relax, de-stress and unwind in this cedar and pine forest, listen to the birds singing, take in the fresh mountain air as you appreciate the landscaped foothills of the Taurus Mountains.

Benim Koy is 20 km from Kalkan - approximately a 20-minute drive away, and the beautiful beach of Patara is closer still at only 10 km - approximately a 15-minute drive away.  
Saklikent Gorge is 10 km away - approximately a 15-minute drive away
Fethiye is 66 km away - approximately 40/45 minutes drive away.
Kas is 50 km away - approximately 30/35 minutes drive away.
Dalaman Airport is 115 km away - approximately 1 hr 35 mins drive away.
Antalya Airport is 210 km away - approximately 3 hours drive away.

 

 

Kalkan - with its wonderful shops and plentiful restaurants, some with roof terraces and some that are tucked away in the side streets. Bookings for restaurants is essential if you want that particular restaurant on that particular night, especially in July, August and September.

 

The Beach and Harbour where boat trips regularly leave for both daytime and sunset cruises, advanced booking is essential especially during the months of July, August and September.

 

There are numerous Beach Clubs, the majority with boats that will take you from the harbour to their club, some with water sports, and some with a swimming pool, we even have a beach club that has film nights and yoga sessions for your enjoyment. Advanced bookings are essential, especially during the months of July, August and September.
